The New Organization The Veterans Honor Society has been formed to secure the continued work and maintenance on the memorial. The Veterans Honor Society is also now part of the Rockford Park District. The Rockford Park District has a special fund set up to ensure the long term support of the memorial and the significant projects and upkeep involved. If you wish to make a donation/contribution through the Rockford Park District please specify you’d like it to be used for the LZ Peace Memorial at Midway Village. Thank you.
